I'm a yoga teacher, facilitator and practitioner of healing that takes place in myriad of forms. When I create space for deeper expression, authenticity and freedom, is when I lead from my heart.

Semal Bodh Mastani

Semal Bodh Mastani is an entrepreneur and Conscious Business Coach dedicated to integrating mindfulness into the way we work. Her mission is to empower individuals by helping them cultivate resilience, focus, and mental fitness—bridging the gap between professional success and personal well-being.
She co-founded HomeTree Coworking in 2018 to foster consciousness, community, and co-creation at work and hosts The Inner Reset, a talk show on inner transformation.
With a background in design thinking, management consulting, and an MBA from Yale, Semal has worked across India, the UK, and the USA. For over two decades, she has explored mindfulness, mental fitness, and spirituality, blending ancient wisdom with modern science to help individuals unlock their highest potential.
Kami Sinan

Founder and teacher of Spanda Yoga School, Istanbul;
Descendant of the last sufi master of the Gelibolu Dergah; Kami Sinan Anadol, E-RYT-500 and lead teacher at Spanda Yoga, has been walking the Yogic path for the last 2 decades.
He started his journey as a journalist, documenting shaman traditions. Along his spiritual journey, he explored the art of healing with Thai massage therapy, discovered Yoga therapy and has since then been a dedicated practitioner and teacher.
He teaches Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Thai massage, whirling, classical and Neo Tantra philosophy; according to Shamanic, Tantric, Kashmiri Shaivistic and Sufi principles.
Kami supervises a team of Yoga teachers who teach at our regular online Yoga classes, and holds together with other Spanda teachers a total of 900 hours of Yoga teacher training programs.
Recently, he is in a process of moving some of his trainings to Sri Lanka, along with a team of teachers who hold space as members of the Spanda YOGA School.

Ruwan Chaminda

Ambitious Yoga Teacher and Fitness & Wellness coordinator with over more than 06 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. I possessed exceptional customer service skills and skills in planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating Yoga, fitness and wellness programs. I have a small Yoga Studio through which I provide various fitness and training programs for students and tourists that visit Sri Lanka.
My mission is to provide the best fitness and wellness education to my customers and help them to achieve the best version of themselves. Most of these customers have gained Yoga experiences and life long skills that will help them stay fit. As a small business owner I have gained a lot of experience in operating a small business from planning, maintaining wellness and fitness-related and also supervising less experienced staff members to schedules and programs to maintaining a healthy and safe training facility for students. I also have in-depth skills in computer literacy and social media skills that have helped my small business tremendously. At the end of this resume, I have included pictures, photos on some of my training programs with students and other customers and reviews from these customers.
Riley Dickson

Riley’s spiritual journey began at the age of 20 after facing a series of significant life-changin events that deeply shaped his perspective. These experiences challenged him to seek meaning and connection, ultimately leading him to the path of healing and self-discovery.
The process of healing sparked a deep curiosity about the human body and its incredible
resilience. This curiosity led him to myotherapy, where he honed his skills in orthopaedic
assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Over six years, Riley developed a comprehensive practice that blends Eastern and Western modalities, including dry needling, myofascial release, cupping, and the treatment of Anatomy Trains—a holistic approach that views the body as an interconnected system.
However, Riley quickly realized that true healing extends beyond the physical. Inspired by his own
experiences with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and C-PTSD, he pursued advanced studies in psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy. His goal was clear: to treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and to help others navigate their own paths toward wellness and self-discovery.
Riley's therapeutic focus integrates psychotherapy, clinical hypnosis, myotherapy, and psychosomatic treatment strategies to address the deep connection between the mind, body, emotions, and nervous system. By combining the transformative power of psychotherapy with clinical hypnosis, myotherapy, and evidence-based psychosomatic approaches, Riley helps clients uncover and reprogram subconscious patterns that influence their perceptions
behaviours, and overall well-being. His holistic approach specialises in treating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief, nervous system dysregulation, injury recovery, chronic pain,
and musculoskeletal issues through comprehensive orthopaedic assessment. By addressing both psychological and physical factors, Riley empowers clients to achieve deep, lasting change in
both their mental and physical health.
Riley’s approach differs from traditional psychoanalysis by emphasising present issues and future solutions rather than delving deeply into past experiences.
This therapeutic approach is characterised by its short-term focus, typically involving a limited number of sessions aimed at achieving specific goals efficiently. It employs a problem-sol orientation, where the therapist and client collaborate to identify current issues and develop strategies to overcome them.
Ultimately, Riley’s goal is to empower clients, equipping them with the tools and insights needed to manage their own mental health effectively. This approach can be particularly beneficial
those seeking concrete solutions to specific problems or those who prefer a more active, goaloriented therapy experience.
Anna

Anna is a Spanish-born physiotherapist with over seven years of experience integrating physical,
emotional, and energetic healing. After earning her degree in Physiotherapy in 2018, she embarked on a journey to explore the connections between the body, mind, and spirit, culminating
in a unique therapeutic approach she calls Holistic Physiotherapy.
Anna’s career began in a rehabilitation center, where she specialised in trauma-related and postsurgical rehabilitation. Her extensive hands-on experience treating a variety of conditions provided
her with a strong foundation in anatomy, muscle and nervous system function, and hormonal
impacts on health. She later worked in a private clinic, expanding her expertise to focus on women’s health and pregnancy care.
Throughout her practice, Anna observed that many chronic conditions were deeply linked to emotional experiences. This realisation sparked her curiosity to explore healing methods beyond conventional physiotherapy. She traveled to Asia to study ancient practices, completing a Thai Massage course in Thailand and Yoga Teacher Training in India. Upon returning to Spain, she
became a Reiki healer, enabling her to address energetic blockages and emotional imbalances.
Anna’s Holistic Physiotherapy combines a variety of techniques to create lasting changes in her clients’ health. Depending on individual needs, her treatments may include massage therapy to
release muscle tension, cupping to improve circulation, or dry needling to target deeper layers of
tension. For energetic balance, she incorporates chakra alignment and Reiki to restore harmony to the body’s energy flow, using breath work, affirmations, and emotional counselling to help clients
address underlying emotional patterns that may contribute to their physical symptoms.
Anna believes that true healing happens when the body, energy, and emotions are aligned. By addressing blockages on all levels, her therapies aim to create profound and lasting transformations empowering her clients with her integrated approach, helping them heal physically, release emotional burdens, and rediscover their inner strength.

Jude is a dedicated yoga practitioner and wellness advocate based in southern Sri Lanka, blending yoga postures with philosophy to create practices that transcend the physical. As the lead facilitator of over ten retreats, he brings a holistic approach to wellness, integrating mindfulness, self-awareness, and conscious connection into deeply transformative experiences.
Since 2021, Jude has hosted sharing circles inspired by Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) frameworks, fostering authentic, meaningful connections among participants. His approach merges traditional yogic wisdom with modern methodologies, creating spaces for self-reflection and growth.
With over a decade of experience in mindfulness and wellness practices, Jude has trained in meditation, pranayama, and yoga underteachers from the U.S., India, and Sri Lanka, bringing a rich, multicultural perspective to his work.
Rahel is a dedicated photographer, yoga practitioner, and wellness advocate with a passion for capturing the essence of human experience. After years working as a Graphic Designer and Project Manager in corporate Switzerland, she reached a turning point, compelled to explore the roots of her trauma. A diagnosis as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) illuminated the misalignment between her well-being and the fast-paced corporate world, leading herto seek a deepertruth in healing.
In 2019, she left Switzerland, embracing photography and yoga as guiding practices. As a professional photographer, Rahel’s work extends beyond imagery—she seeks to tell the stories behind the lens, capturing raw emotion and authenticity. Her journey into yoga became a natural extension of this exploration, fostering a deeper connection with her purpose.
With over six years of dedicated yoga practice, Rahel now integrates movement, mindfulness, and storytelling into co-creating wellness experiences. She facilitates retreats, teaches yoga, and documents personal transformations through her photography. As the co-founder of Mindful Retreats Sri Lanka, she is committed to curating spaces that inspire healing, self-awareness, and conscious connection.
